Ingredients
For the salad :
- 3 small tomatoes
- 1 onion
- ½ small red pepper
- 2 eggs
- 180 g of canned tuna
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 12 black olives
- 100g green round beans
- 4 new potatoes
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 100 g of lettuce or mesclun lettuce
- salt and pepper
For the vinaigrette :
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
How to make a salad Niçoise
